Utah Medicaid Autism Waiver Listserv

The Department of Health has set a tentative date for their next open enrollment period. They are looking at opening enrollment on November 17, and closing December 7 at 11:59 pm. Those dates are still somewhat tentative, but likely. If you haven’t already enrolled in the Autism Waiver Listserv to receive notifications from the Department of Health regarding the autism waiver, you may do so if you’d like at http://health.utah.gov/autismwaiver/Listserv.html

To join the list, you will need to send a BLANK (No subject, no message, no signature or footer) email to:

join-hl-utahautismwaiver@list.utah.gov

If you receive an error similar to: “Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: join-hl-utahautismwaiver@list.utah.gov”, please ensure that the email did not contain a subject, message, header/footer or signature.
