As ABS Kids celebrates Black History Month, we are thrilled to share the experiences of some of our own people.
Last year, ABS Kids sponsored four providers to attend the Black Applied Behavior Analysts (BABA) Conference in Detroit. Each of our providers had unique experiences that are helping them shape their careers in ABA.
The BABA Conference is essential for promoting diversity, creating a supportive community, addressing challenges, and advancing the field of ABA through the contributions of Black professionals.
This week, we had a conversation with Jacqueline Ziemelis, Director of Learning & Professional Development, discussing her insights from the conference and how she's integrating those lessons into her role at ABS Kids.
