As ABS Kids celebrates Black History Month, we are thrilled to share the experiences of some of our own people.
Last year, ABS Kids sponsored four providers to attend the Black Applied Behavior Analysts (BABA) Conference in Detroit. Each of our providers had unique experiences that are helping them shape their careers in ABA.
The BABA Conference is essential for promoting diversity, creating a supportive community, addressing challenges, and advancing the field of ABA through the contributions of Black professionals.
This week, we chatted with Erica Romero, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, about her experience at the conference and how she is applying what she learned to her work at ABS Kids.
